Oberland Station has been made into a settlement that I will be using in all my future commonwealth adventures. It still has some room to add some more things if you'd like as well, but is not nessesary. The settlement has been increased two and a half times its original size. So you may want to get a build anywhere mod or settlement building extender if you want to assign settlers. Though everything should get a settler auto assigned to them.
