About this mod

Allows you to cleanup the houses (adds glass to windows and cleans up the roofs) and scrap a lot more stuff. Regenerated previsibines for use with or without PRP.

  • Works with Fallout 4 Next Gen but does not require it.

  • All Plugins are ESPs flagged as ESL: So none of them will take up a spot in your load order.
  • Repairing Structures is Immersive: In workshop mode, highlight the house, deck or bay window to repair it. The houses are in pretty good shape, but repairing them will open up the windows, remove trash and debris and clean up the roofing shingles. 
  • Ugly Landscape Stuff & Trash: Removed as you repair. NOTE: There are a few trash piles left because removing them meant overlapping with Taffington Boathouse, so I chose the leave them instead. They are behind one of the houses so they aren't really noticeable. 
  • Ownership Fixes: All items will now be owned by the player when taking over the settlement. Settlements that have existing occupants use a specific faction in the workbench script that the player is added to when the player takes over ownership of the workbench. Covenant was using multiple ownership factions and NPCs for various things, so I modified all of them to use the faction used in the workbench script.
  • Turret Fixes: The turrets were using the same turrets as the compound, which used the compound's faction. So after taking over the settlement they would remain hostile and could not be scrapped. I created a new NPC record that changes the ownership and created a recipe so they can be scrapped. Once you take over the settlement, the turrets will remain hostile, but if you leave and come back (fast travel to Sanctuary and back again for example), the turrets will no longer be hostile and count towards settlement defense. They have the same stats as the workshop heavy turret.
  • Scrap Fixes: The end tables, dressers, beds, and counters can now all be scrapped. 
  • Guard Shack: The shack outside the wall has been removed from precombines, so even though it is partially outside of the build zone, you can scrap it using Place Everywhere. Just hit the Insert key to enable extra object selection to scrap it.
  • Navmesh: Linked all new scrappables.
  • Regenerates Previsibines: For use without or without PRP Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP) Stable Branch.
