- Nerfed gear to be weaker and no longer provide Weave unless occupying slots 33.
- Removed a bunch of "tiers" so there is just one tier per visual type of gear.
- Merged custom paint together with materials.
- Reduced loot from both Lobotomites and Raiders.
- Reduced values of various items and gear.
- Increased Encounter Zone from level 50 to 75.
- Buffed Lobotomites enemies. Scales up to level 75 and get some custom perks to make them nastier to deal with.
