I added a leveled list script. Starts to appear at Level 20 on BoS soldiers, Minutemen, Gunners, Vendors, Bosses and as Rewards and Legendaries.

Makes changes to the Select Assault Rifle which allow it to better integrate with Lunar Fallout All-In-One weapon rebalances. Summary of changes:
- Renamed to Assault Rifle (Lunar renames the Vanilla Assault Rifle to Machine Gun)
- In Lunar the Combat Rifle is a 5.56 semi-auto and auto rifle, same as the Select Assault Rifle. So i removed all Automatic Receivers from the Combat Rifle. The range and semi-auto fire rate of the S.A.R is lower than the range and fire rate of the Combat Rifle and you can still rechamber the Combat Rifle to .308 later in the game.
- Base damage, value and crafting requirements have been brought into line with Lunar's balance. It's now a mix between the Vanilla Combat Rifle and Handmade Gun.
- The "no muzzle" is now the generic one every single vanilla weapon uses and i removed the "Muzzle Standard" leaving the gun with the familiar No Muzzle, Compensator, Muzzle Brake and Suppressor.
- Added Advanced, Masterwork and Advanced Automatic Receivers
- Added a Quick Eject Drum Magazine
- Renamed/Changed the Classic and Classic Lights Barrels to Long and Long Light Barrels, and Long Barrels to Short and Long Ported Barrels.
- All other attachments names and descriptions now follow vanilla's naming conventions.
- Removed Heavy, Lightweight, Calibrated, Burst and Ammo Conversion Receivers.
- Removed the Medium Magazines.
- Removed the ability to craft the weapon at the chem lab.
- Removed the ability to change the color. The attachments will change in color depending on the attachment type. Standard barrels and stocks are wooden; Light barrels and Marksman stocks are green; Ported barrels and Recoil stocks are black.
