Donation Points system

I'm of big fan of MikeMoore's MCAM. It adds much needed variety to the base game melee weapons. However, I found quite a few of the weapons that were added were unreasonably overpowered compared to the vanilla weapons. I simply tweaked the base damage of almost all of the weapons so that they are more in line with the vanilla weapons. Some of them are still fairly strong compared to vanilla weapons, but you won't be getting any bowie knives that do the same damage as an upgraded super sledge. This is my first mod, so please let me know if this isn't working! Thanks to MikeMoore for his incredible mod!
