Lotta people wanted the Kerberos design for the BoS for the longest time, I wonder why...?
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Rust Devils (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Rust Devils should work as intended.

- The Rust Devils will wear Eaglestrike armor
- The Rust Devils will wear Steel (Black) armor with a Kerberos Helmet
- The gear the Rust Devils wear have reduced values and the base armor & helmet gains the "legendary" attach point
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
