Follow up to the BA2 patch for Tumbajamba's new armor mods this mod disperses the armors into the world

Features
Disperses tumbajamba's non power armor armor mods into the world via various means
The boxes outside Red Rocket alongside the outfits being put into your inventory on load have been disabled
Leveled list:
The Caravan Security outfit has been added to caravan guards
The Diamond City Security commander outfit is now worn by Danny Sullivan
The Kellogg's dream outfit is now worn by Kellogg (shocker, I know), don't worry I placed a copy of both Kellogg's og outfit and his new one on his desk in Fort Hagen if you already completed Reunions
World:
A new locker was added to the DC security office that contains multiple DC security commander outfits (just watch out for guards when stealing them)
Outside Wildwood cemetery on a hillside with a destroyed van you can find MacCready's stash that contains the regular variant of the Gunner combat armor
In the shack at the Walden pond gift shop a dead vault explorer wearing the Vault leather outfit can be found
In the Mass Pike tunnel behind a locked gate you can find 2 dead bodies and a crazed ghoul wearing the tactical pullover and the tactical combat armor outfits
At the crashed vertibird in the glowing sea a dead Enclave soldier can be found wearing a full set of Enclave combat armor
NPCs:
The Claw - a crazy Deathclaw hunter hanging out around Lynn woods, slay him to claim his custom Deathclaw Hunter armor
Jackson - a vicious bounty hunter hiding out in the swamps south of the The Murkwater construction site by a red boat, kill him for his Bounty Hunter outfit
The Gunner Sniper - located near MacCready's stash she is wearing the red variant of the Gunner combat armor
The raider outcast - west of the Walden dam this raider wears the Raider Boss Armor
The rogue courser - Hiding out in the sunken Red Rocket in the glowing sea he is wearing a custom suit of Courser armor
The Synth reclaimers - one located at Nahant Chapel the other at the University point credit union wear glowing and not glowing variants of the synth armor respectively

Future plans
I'm gonna be working on proper scripted injection of some of these armors, especially the synth and gunner sets.
I'm also thinking about integrating the enclave combat armor into America Rising 2 but I find the artstyle of tumbajamba's armor way too different from AR2's orange matte black armor styles, I might take a crack at if there is popular demand.
