A Player's House, strategically placed between the Calvert Mansion and the Point Lookout Docking Pier. Playing the Point Lookout DLC for the third time, I was not satisfied with the absence of a local ym to serve as a base for the player. It's a simple mod, with a universal bench and some containers for storing items that don't respawn, as well as a bed. Ideal for survival mode.
