Check Out MY OTHER MODS
Download the original mod HERE. Take the mesh file in my mod and copy/cut it into the original mod folder. Overwrite when asked.
The meshes that originally contained the gloves (That were also causing issues) were deleted by the mod author. I tried to find where he got those meshes to fix that problem too but I can't find the source. So, I recommend West Tek Tactical Gloves.
Maybe one day I'll create a female version. I would have done so already, but Bethesda dropped a tactical nuke on the game with their new update. Keeps me from playing it the way I want to.
