Converted 17 scopes into FTS for the SR25 and G28

Changelogs
Converted the scopes from Escape from Boston - SR25 and G28 into Fake Through Scopes and made them standalone craftable mods. Could not get the 5x25 scope to convert nicely so ended up leaving it out. Main file is a FOMOD for either an addon version or replacer version. Scope attachments such as the deltapoint for the HAMR and rmr for the ACOG and ELCAN will not work with FTS framework. I disabled the scope addon modifications for all FTS scopes, If choosing the addon version in the FOMOD, the original STS scopes will still be craftable with all scope addons.

If you have issues with the overlay not appearing make sure FTS v0.9.4 and ALL requirements are installed. Load order should be 

Weapon (Escape From Boston - KAC SR-25.esp)
STS (3dscope-replacer.esp)
Fake Through Scope (FTS.esp)
This FTS Patch.esp
