Unable To Find A Patch For Unoctium's X-02 And The X-01 Invisible Flashlight Fix I Decided To Create One Myself.

This Adds The Light Pattern From The X-01 Flashlight Fix To The X-02 By Unoctium, Also Make It So The Bright And Colored/Special Headlamps Are Double The Distance Of The Default Headlamp Without Being Too OP.
