Fixes the compatibility issue the STS Patch for DeadPool's Service Rifle has with the Service Rifle - Unofficial Update mod. The drum mags were also adjusted to load 60 rounds instead of 50.

Added fix for those that are using the replacer version of STS.
See Through Scopes has a setting to choose between adding to or replacing the scopes on the service rifle. Make sure you are using the correct file for the version you are using.
