- Replaces the vanilla Army Fatigues worn by Arturo Rodriguez (the Diamond City gun vendor) with Tumbajamba's Army Pullover Outfit.
- Disables the outfit's injection into the player character's inventory, making it unique to Arturo.
- Disables the worldspace edits leftover from the outfit's previous version that placed it at the Red Rocket. Theoretically, this should eliminate the bug that causes "Commonwealth" saves to be called "Red Rocket."
