About this mod
Obscure settlement blueprints that I made for myself and figured I would pass on to anyone else who likes them. These are mainly for role playing a paranoid Sole Survivor who likes to make hidey holes for themselves. These are all small cramped spaces filled with clutter so lets hope that's what you are into.

These are some blueprints for settlements I made, the idea is that these are all little hidden hold outs for the Sole Survivor and boy are they a hoarder!!
I wanted to make these as I noticed that there wasn't any real blueprints made for these places and I so enjoy them when playing the game myself. Also it kind of gives people a chance to play the mods for these settlements, most are very well known mods but who knows maybe your new to the Fo4 modding scene.
Each location with the exception of the Ashland Station settlement, has all major workbenches and storage areas, as well as weapon and armor racks.
Ashland Station only has a cooking station and Power armor Workbench, I could not fit any more.
There are quite a bit of required mods as I don't have the best idea of what items come from what mod I figured I would just post the full list that I use. There is some clipping of items, for me it's not a big deal but if you cant stand it then you can use console commands to fix whatever you don't like using the MODPOS (X,Y,Z) and SETANGLE (X,Y,Z) commands.
You might need to use G2M's function of expanding Settlements budget for everything to work.
I am NOT a Modder and if you come across issues I'm sorry because I most likely wont be able to help you. anyway If you do download these and like them, then good I made someone's day a little better. Take care everyone!

Goodneighbor Apartment
Ashland Station - Only a small room is used. I did NOT decorate the entire settlement. The room is across from where you first find Riko in the mod.
this requires you to play the quest before you can access the settlement aspects of the mod.
CSEP Presents Brothers in Arms Return Of The Outcasts - Mini DLC Sized Quest Mod - Room given to you at the bottom of the entrance stairs.
The Fens Sheriff's Department - Bleachers 2- Right Field Player Home -
I have to give credit to dustyroyalty - FSD - Right Field Player Home blueprint for giving me the base of my settlement here I just expanded on what they started.
-MOD"S USED IN DECORATION - You might need some patches for these mods depending on your personal mod list.

however you can still use the file under the files tab.
G2M - Workshop - Use the settlement budget expansion function as needed, can be found in the Holotape.
