changes the texture file accompanying the Wasteland Energy Shields mod so that the shields have more of a caustics effect when flaring, a la the halo series

This addition to the Wasteland Energy Shields mod changes the fill texture file to a caustics pattern so the shields appear more similar to the way they do in the Halo series.
Made alongside with 2 other patches/tweaks effecting the same mod by neotropic with the intent to fit halo themed mod packs:
Halo Style Colors for energy shields makes the shields effect get more intense when low, rather than changing color
Outfit Slot Fix Makes the item itself occupy a different equipment slot so it doesn't get unequipped by halo themed MJOLNIR armor sets
