Sets Perk requirements for Fallout 76 Ammo Crafting. Vanilla, DLC and Munitions Patch.

Fallout 76 Ammo Crafting is a useful mod, but because it is based on FO76, the recipes do not have perk requirements.
This mod simply adds the perk requirements. Optionally available for Munitions Patch.
- Perk requirements are based on Ammunition plant (DLC4: Contraptions Workshop) and Ammunition and Explosive Manufacturing. (Gunpowder requires Gun Nut 1 and Science 1, just like the Ammunition plant.)
- Munitions Ammo requirements are based on Munitions Manufacturing. (Nail and BB pellet recipes, Munitions & FO76 Ammo Crafting gunpowder conversion recipes have no requirements.)
- Components have not been changed. (except for the shotgun shell recipe, which was missing gunpowder, so I fixed that.)
