There is a billboard and two posters hanging on the wall on a Builging next to the Vault Tec office building in Boston. They flicker from the distance, but are no longer visible when you get closer. This mod fixes this bug. I'm not sure if this mod is compatible with the next gen update. ESP File flagged as ESL
