Just "fixes" a few graphical issues in the Concord Speakeasy that always bothered me, like the "seam" in the floor, and debris textures flickering/z-fighting. I covered them up/'removed the problem textures. Threw in a Stimpak because I like you.

Fixed some graphical derpetry. Added a stimpak for funsies.
Fixes a few minor graphical derps in the Speakeasy. The "Speak Difficultly" portion isn't necessarily needed, I just did a previs patch because I'm OCD. If you don't want to use it, just remove it.
