The perk entry point Mod Outgoing Limb Bash Damage does not function.
1. The OnEntryRun event does not fire (even with guaranteed chance of perk entry running)
2. Limbs do not cripple (even with guaranteed chance of perk entry running)
Mod Outgoing Limb Damage does function. So I used that entry, with conditions for PowerAttacking and that the weapon used is not a melee/unarmed weapon.

Q: Why has no one discovered this issue in 9+ years?
A: Several reasons:
1. People don't bash much. Its low damage, even with perks, and is mostly useful for staggering enemies>
2. People probably bash the head most often, and that tends to cripple pretty easily without the perk entry, so it makes this harder to notice
3. People generally don't bash stronger enemies like deathclaws because if you're in melee range, you're probably using Melee weapons, cause you'd use guns at a distance to take out this enemy.
Q: How did you discover this issue?
A: I'm creating documentation for all perk entries to include: what the entry does, the integers for its condition tabs (for xEdit perk creation), and when the Papyrus OnEntryRun event and perk fragment event fire.

A: You are free to merge this mod into anything, but you must give me credit for discovery of the bug and creation of the fix.
