Fallout 4 VR is getting more and more staple mods of flatscreen Fo4 ported lately.
Following in the community guidelines and recommendations from tried and tested Fallout 4 flat settings, this small mod serves as a drop in replacement for the Buffout4.toml file and BakaScrapHeap.ini files.
It will set the Buffout 4 MemoryManager = false, and the ScrapHeap iScrapHeapMult = 4.
That is all.
This is just to simplify the installation for users so manually editing the files isn't required.
Be aware these are complete config overwrites so if you've made any changes yourself, you will probably just want to manually include the 2 above settings in your edits.
