Personal tweaks to the audio from the mod '"Gas Masks of the Wasteland - METRO EXODUS sound" to remove the beeping audio from each file and normalise the audio volume

This mod contain tweaks based on my preferences for the mod "Fallout 2287 - Gas Masks of the Wasteland - METRO EXODUS sounds"
Here is what tweaks i have applied (based on personal preference) :
- Normalized the audio of all the files (some are also lowered), as the audio from the original mod are way too loud
- Removed the beeping audio from all files, now the only that remains is the audio from "Fallout 2287 - Gas Masks of the Wasteland" itself (radiation alert)
Make sure to endorse both Fallout 2287 - Gas Masks of the Wasteland and Fallout 2287 - Gas Masks of the Wasteland - METRO EXODUS sound
