Mod includes layous for ALL vanila and DLC settlements and even more!
+ Homeplate Diamond City
+ VR Desert Island (Creation Club DLC)
+ Swampland Farm (Point Lookout DLC)
And as a bonus - luxurious house on one of the roofs in Fens above Hangman Alley and tricked out legendary weapon and armor storage next door (access from the alley across the street from Diamond City).
Some of these settlements were constructed long before SS2 was released but all were revised in order to be compatible.
You're obviously need Sim Settlements 2 and Workshop Framework. For full immersion I reccomend using Drivable Motocycle Mod and Flyable Personal Vertibird as there are workbenches and Landing pads in some layouts.
