Fixed a few requirements that I missed or borked up.
Just a simple edit of the crafting requirements for the Attachment pack to remove some of the weapon damage perk requirements for crafting certain parts. Made to be in line with other similar mods for Nuka Worlds perk requirement removers. I opted to keep in some requirements that made sense, like Nuclear Physicist from certain attachments, and Idiot Savant from one (Because thats funny to me).
This was just a very simple personal tweak that I felt like I should upload anyways, let me know if there are any problems or if I missed any.
