Sorts PA Helmet Configuration book from Kabuto VR into Settings category for easier access.

By default Kabuto comes with a configuration 'book' dumped in the Notes category, which player can easily skip, ignore, or drop thinking its useless.
Through defining new override sorting, this recategorizes the PA Helmet Configuration note to appear under Settings in the Pipboy.
You'll need to install the complex sorter scripts and this addon, then generate custom sorting tags against your whole load order.
Technically this doesn't require VR but i'm unsure anyone uses Kabuto for flatscreen FO4.

Setting up complex sorter on your load order isn't something any player really needs to do, but if you have any interest in managing inventory or quickly navigating custom items from a variety of mods, it's a massive time saver.
