Changes legendary effect descriptions to include more details. Also simplifies junk names.

This mod is now outdated (it has to be updated along with every patch) and I don't have the time to keep it working so you can do as you please with the files, mostly the scrap names part as the weapon descriptions are more clear with the recent update.

This game's lack of consistency with item and effect descriptions bothers me, some effects are very clear, showing actual numbers, some don't, so I changed it. This will save you some trips to the wiki.
I also didn't like how every junk item has 2 names, "where's my damn screws? Oh it's loose screws on the menu" so I changed it as well. Now every junk item has it's simple name, like the component view shows it.
No more "Unrefined gunpowder", now it's just "Gunpowder" and so on.

To install it, just download the data folder and put it in your game's root folder.
I imagine this will conflict with any translation/mods that changes string files.
