This setting can really boost your fps and fix most of your stuttering in game, i very much recommend you try it out.
*Disclaimer: it doesn't seem to work with everyone, but for the majority it seems to help dramatically.
It could be a conflicting ini setting, or maybe hardware incompatibility, either way, no harm in Trying :P

This Mod isn't a ba2, but in fact an .ini setting. I found this setting while scrolling through the Fallout 76 wiki, put it in my ini for testing and boom, a huge fps increase.
Fallout 76 Custom.ini Provided in the download, it will install a fallout76Custom.ini and you can add it if you don't already use one, or copy and paste it into your current fallout76Custom.ini.
