Perk Loadout Manager (PLM) requires SFE functionality to store Perk card settings in perkloadoutmanager.ini,
but it's wonderfully designed to work without SFE.

that's right,  NUKES & DRAGONS web tool Fallout76 Character Build Planner & Calculator can be used to edit Perk cards.

however, that is a bit difficult because the user must edit the perkloadoutmanager.ini text.
this is where the helper tool PLM Bridge can assist you.



of course, a combination of Perk Loadout Manager and SFE is best, but if SFE is not available, a PLM Bridge may be useful.

How to use PLM Bridge



Push Edit Perk button will open the Fallout 76 Build Planner & Calculator in your default web browser.
 * your environment must be such that a web browser can be opened with URL scheme.

Edit your Perk build using the Fallout 76 Build Planner & Calculator.


Once you have finished editing the Perk build, output the Perk data.
Press the Share button to Copy Link. 
 * the appearance will vary depending on the type of web browser you are using, but as long as you can copy the link data (URL) to the clipboard.



PLM Bridge fetches Perk data shared via clipboard.
Acquired data is displayed in Fetched Code, and data adjusted by PLM Bridge is displayed in Adjusted Code.

Push Save Perk button writes the Adjusted Code to perkloadoutmanager.ini.

backup of perkloadoutmanager.ini will be created in Data/PLMBridgeBackupFiles.
 * number of backups can be changed from 0 to 30(default is latest 10 files).



Note:
Fallout 76 Build Planner & Calculator does not support Perk card sharing, so card sharing information will be lost.
so, PLM Bridge adds the shared Perk from the source Perk data.
If there are no more Perk cards that can be shared due to Perk card editing, they will not be added.
