A mix of BOS Spec, Tactical Ops and Treasure Hunter. I was going to delete since I didn't really like how it turned out, but someone may like it and would be a shame, so here it is.
Open Fallout76Custom.ini(Or Project76Custom.ini) located in Documents/My Games/Fallout76 and add the names of the extracted ba2 archive to the sResourceIndexFileList string separated by a comma. It should look something like this:
