This is a web app will helps you create a Fallout76Custom.ini file for the "Glowing Items" Mods.
You can place the folder into the directory then use this app to create the code.
Simply pick the junk and the color then the code will automatically generate.

It is a simple single HTML web base application that will helps you keep organized what mods are activated.
This application has been tested and works on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Getting Started:
1. Download Mods for "Glowing Items" Version 7-2-2020.
2. Place his entire folder unzipped [Glowing Items] to your [Fallout76\Data]. Click Here for more details.
3. Download and unzipped [Fallout 76 - Mod Assistance - Glowing Items]. Place the [GI] folder to your [Fallout76\Data] You can place and launch the web app anywhere you want.
4. Launch the web-app by double clicking. This will open by your preferred web browser. If you are running into any issues, try launching this app with latest version of Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
5. You can start by select the glowing items you want to get started. If you have existing Fallout76Custom.ini for Steam or Project76Custom.ini for Game Pass, you can also upload your existing 76Custom.ini by clicking [Select your File]. This way, you can use this web app for your color mods while keeping your curreny mods.
6. If you want to add other mods, you can type in the file name then click Insert. You can load multipal files by clicking [Add your.ba2] button. You must move those mod files manually to [Fallout 76/Data] as well.
7. When your done, click [Create the File], then move the file to your [Documents/My Games/Fallout 76]. Make sure you make a backup your old copy if you already have 76Custom.ini file.
You may delete [Materials] folder within the folders. Just open the [Glowing Items] folder then search from your file explorer. Search "Materials". Then delete every Materials folders on the search list. If your unsure, then just leave it alone.
Caution: If you want to use other glowing mods, the last one that is loaded will take the priority. For example, if other mods contains multiple colored items, a single item from the list will change different color if it is loaded after that mod.
Warning: This web app may not be compatible with other mod managers.
Note: You can select the name of the junk to open advanced menu, this option will let you select the junk within the category to disable their glow.
