THIS MOD IS USELESS NOW, LATEST PATCH REMOVED VRAM REQUIREMENT
DESCRIPTION
- This mod can bypass 6GB VRAM requirement by spoofing to another GPU with enough VRAM
NOTES
- Your game will likely crash due to lack of VRAM so make sure to adjust the graphics settings to suit your device specs.
- You should have 16GB RAM or more (if you lack VRAM the system will use RAM instead so yeah)
- You can choose any version to spoof to, not depend on what your GPU is
INSTALLATION
- Choose ANY version you want to spoof to (not DEPEND ON what your GPU is)
- Extract to your game folder (folder that have game exe file)
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If you have hybrid graphic, make sure to force your game to use DGPU in NVIDIA Control Panel (and Intel Graphic Control Panel or AMD Software) or Windows Graphic Setting (maybe won't work because it's likely a game bug)
- Black screen issue:
- Copy this text "%USERPROFILE%/Saved Games/God of War Ragnarök/" (ignore the quotation)
- Then Win Logo+R
- After that press enter and you'll be able to find your save file
- Delete "userpreferences" (thank VidZiZD)
- Open game and select limited data collection (thank DoggyDog446)
- Using this mod along with ReShade (not recommended): rename dxgi.dll to d3d12.dll (thank luko77 and Leonn4ikk)
- Can't enable DLSS, can't change resultion,...: try restarting game a few times or edit your settings.ini file
