Femshep N7 shoulder guard for Legion instead of Broshep N7 shoulder guard.

Changelogs
Legion by default wears Broshep's N7 armor shoulder guard. When playing Femshep this doesnt make any sense. Now Legion can wear the Femshep N7 armor should guard instead.

Changes:
Legion will wear Femshep's N7 armor shoulder guard instead of Brosheps.'

Legion's shoulder guard is user controlled and not dependent on player gender selection. Delete/disable if installed and you no longer want to use it.
