First release : removes news background audio for all languages.
Sharing a personnal and experimental mod to remove News background audio in the Citadel. It does not remove C-sec nor Hospital announcements audio. (Sometimes I just can't hear what some npcs are saying when there are so many voices in the background ?).
I am not really using a lot of others mods so I am not aware of any issues yet. What I know is that the mod won't be compatible with others mods editing this file though : BioD_CitHub_LOC_INT.pcc
