As of 2.3 version of ESA, these outfits can be found at the Terran Fashion Shop which is next to Citadel Souvenirs instead of the closet. You can buy them separately from the store. If you don't have the latest version of ESA or if you don't have ESA at all then you'll see them in the closet.

First of all thank you to Christopher067 , Laupipi, AladdintheSimmer, and Glitterberryfly for giving me permission to convert their meshes to Mass Effect Legendary Edition, thank you to Darte77, Joliebean, and Serenity CC for having open permissions to convert. 

I made 5 new outfits for femshep. The outfits are added to the Shepard's closet directly. I recommend Expanded Shepard Armory as a way to choose your Kasumi Party Outfit.

Installation
This is a ME3Tweaks mod so just drag the 7zip to the mod manager and import-apply. It is important to install all the content mods before starting to apply texture mods.
