Finally, my Buff Shepard mod is here for ME2! I finally managed to get my Practical Bodies series over to LE2 :) Instead of how I did it for LE3 where I separated PB: Armors and PB: Casuals, I merged them into one mod for LE2. Nearly all vanilla armors and outfits were edited to reflect a buffer Shepard. I also made a Shepard-only version of the Cerberus Uniform, as other NPCs use the default one. I made two sets for the armors - one that uses the default female versions that I edited and the other is refitted male versions of the armor. In particular, the N7 armor for Set B is actually the male LE3 armor! 

Obviously, this mod is for those who want to play as a buff Femshep and/or for those who like a more androgynous look :) If you don't like it, don't interact with it. Otherwise, I hope you like the mod! I tried to find and fix all issues that I noticed, so please don't hesitate to let me know if there are more.

To check for updates, please look at the Changelogs. I keep things documented there :D

08.02.2024: While I've chosen to unhide this mod after a year, it's come to my attention that it isn't compatible with the LE2 Prologue Framework that was released last year. There will be an update at some point to ensure compatibility but I won't guarantee when. The workaround  is to simply disable this mod until after the Freedom's Progress mod. I'm so sorry.

                                         


DETAILED CHANGES TO OUTFITS

Armor Set A
This version uses the female armors found in ME2 but is edited to fit the vibes of this mod. No more "boobplate" and a tiny ass waist, but now Shep has a thicker waist and a smaller bust, along with getting rid of that atrocious back arch. I kept the vanilla textures but tried to edit the mesh so that it doesn't look out of place, so hopefully, it worked out and you guys like it! The armors that are unique to this set are the N7, Serrice, and Shield Armors.

Armor Set B
I think I made the most changes to this set than the first one. I brought over the ME3-version of the N7 Male armor to ME2 because I personally love the design of that armor, so the entire N7 set has been replaced. On the other hand, the Serrice armor is the male default version, just refit to match the changes made to Shepard. The Shield armor, however, uses the ME2 version of the male N7 armor because sadly, the third game doesn't have the armor and I can't use the same textures, but I tried to keep the changes consistent.

Other Armors
Essential changes were made to the chest and arms, making Shepard bigger and more muscular while having less of the boobplate. I edited the meshes so that the pieces can be used interchangeably without any major clipping issues. As a whole, all meshes also have had their boots/shoes updated to make them less bulky and more boot-like, instead of chunky moon boots.

Cerberus Uniforms
As I mentioned, I made two versions of the Cerberus uniform. Some female NPCs share the default one, so I made the edits more minor, such as changing the back arch and a little thicker arms/waist. Other than that, I didn't make too many drastic edits. However, with the second version, I did make some major changes. I added this version to Shepard's closet as another option for you to choose from, as it makes her much more buffer than before. Thicker and defined arms, waist, more muscles on the legs, etc. The feet/boots are also less bulky.

Scientist Uniform
Both Shepard and Chakwas now have unique meshes for their scientist outfits. Shepard's is quite buff to keep things consistent and Chakwas's uniform has been rebalanced. I'm pretty sure I replaced the necessary files but if not please let me know. However, to maintain compatibility with major mods, I've forgone replacing the outfit in the Arrival DLC files (for Chakwas).

Other Casuals
The hoodie, spacer/engineer outfit, and the two dresses have all been updated to match the edits made to Shepard. They're all buffer and consistent with the rest of the changes I made in the mod. 

                                         


REQUIREMENTS, COMPATIBILITY, & PATCHES

The Unofficial LE2 Patch is necessary for my mod to work.

While I wanted to replace every outfit worn by the Cerberus crewman (or crewwoman, hehe) there were a lot of files that would have conflicted with MAJOR mods, so for compatibility's sake, I decided to replace only some files that correlated with the default crewman uniform. I didn't see a point in making/asking for patches for changes that aren't drastically noticeable. As such, there will be instances where the female crew (and Shepard) will revert back to the vanilla/default outfit.

Also, if you change the armors there may be a chance that Shepard looks...cursed, but it's okay, the mod works fine and nothing bad will happen and nothing's broken. It's just a bug.

My mod should be compatible with ESA (Expanded Shepard Armory) and when I tested it, everything worked because I made sure not to use files that ESA used. Installing .mem files (Texture mods) should be fine as long as you use Version A of this mod!

As of now, the LE2 Liara Squadmate, NPC Edits (Cerberus Scientists), Risky Suicide Mission, and any mod that edits Shepard's armors/clothes aren't compatible. There may be more that I'm not super aware of right now as well. If you'd like to make patches and whatnot, you can :) I would like it if you let me know beforehand so I can mention it here though.

However, I have made three patches, and depending on how many questions/asks/requests, I may update to add other patches as long as I am able to :)

Cerberus and Alliance Uniform Consistency: For those who are using CAUC and are aware of the changes I made in my PB series for LE3, I didn't make any of those same changes to the meshes already included and only made sure that it was compatible with this mod. Please do not install the Cerberus Ladies Patch if you're using CAUC. Also, there will be areas with a closet where Shepard will revert back to the vanilla N7 armor, but once you move onto a mission or leave the area, the armor will go back to my changes.

Garrus with No Visor and New Outfits: There were conflicts with the romance scenes, so I replaced the body mesh. While edits were made to the LE2 body, uh, you never really see it.

Cerberus Ladies Wear Cerberus: I had to replace the default Cerberus uniform for the Kelly Hair option, as it replaces the LE version with the original hair Kell used in ME2. The original version of this mod isn't really necessary as I've been told that the Unofficial LE2 Patch fixes the bug :) Do not choose this patch if you're using the CAUC patch I've already included with this mod.


                                         


INSTALLATION
Just drop my mod into ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install. Don't forget to click Import and then Install.


UNINSTALL
You can disable or delete this mod in ME3Tweaks to uninstall.
