As of 2.4 version of ESA, these outfits can be found at the Terran Fashion Shop which is next to Citadel Souvenirs instead of the closet. You can buy them separately from the store. If you don't have the latest version of ESA or if you don't have ESA at all then you'll see them in the closet.

First of all thank you to amazing Sentate and Oydis for giving me permission to convert their stuff to Mass Effect Legendary Edition and to Saurus for having open permissions to convert.

I made 7 new outfits for femshep. I recommend Expanded Shepard Armory as a way to choose your Kasumi Party Outfit.

I also prepared 20 texture options for the outfits. 5 for Amelia Jacket outfit, 4 for Charlize Jumpsuit, 6 for Ethel Dress, and 5 for Kiki Sweater outfit. Texture mods are included in the optional mod section along with the original texture mods in case you wanna go back to them. Make sure to extract the rar first.

Thank you to Munchyfly, Druu, and Padme4000 for teaching me so much about the clothing mods process.  Very big thanks and a shout to Khaar for working so hard to make my clothing mods to show up in le2 store. Installation
For the main mod:
This is a ME3Tweaks mod so just drag the 7zip to the mod manager and import-apply. It is important to install all the content mods before starting to apply texture mods. 

For the optional mem files:
You'll need to use MassEffectModder from here to install the mem files. Make sure you use it with v520 and higher. 438 is for OT so don't use that. You can also open the mass effect modder using ME3Tweaks, from the tools section at the top part. 


Uninstallation
For the main mod:
Manage target Disable/Delete Morning's Outfits for Femshep LE2 PT3

For the optional mem files:
There is no real way to uninstall a mem file but i included the original texture mem files on the optional download folder. So you can reinstall them if you wanna go back to the previous ones.
