IFF Dialogue Tweak
Vanilla ME3 has a conversation between EDI and Engineer Adams about the IFF upgrade to the Normandy that explains her ability to hide from the Reapers. The conversation plays in the cockpit (with Adams talking over the comms) and gets triggered after the Priority: Sur'Kesh mission, but only if Mordin is dead. This means that a significant amount of players will never hear this particular bit of lore.
I made a small edit to the way the cockpit dialogues get triggered so that the IFF conversation now plays after Tuchanka: Turian Platoon (which did not have any specific dialogue from EDI), and the mission reaction after Priority: Sur'Kesh will either be the vanilla one that mentions Mordin (if he's alive) or a cut conversation about TIM and Eva Coré (if Mordin is dead).
Mod is available for all localizations.

Compatibility: Natively compatible with LE3 Community Patch. No known incompatibilities.
Installation: Download either with ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, or manually and drop the .7z file into the Mod Manager. Click "Import", then find the mod in your library and click "Apply Mod". Install before .mem texture mods!
Uninstallation: Open ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, click Manage Target, and either "Disable" or "Delete" the mod.
Known Issues: None so far! If you encounter anything please let me know.
