Restores excitement, unpredictability, and immersion to the game's combat with some simple HUD edits.

Gives options to separately remove:
- the enemy health bar and name displayed at the top of the screen
- the selection box surrounding the currently-targeted enemy
- the standard crosshair (snipers, vehicles, and heavy weapons unaffected)
- hitmarkers
- damage direction indicators

Nonhostiles and other interactables are unaffected by the selection changes.
