Infiltrator class for LE3 has always felt like a better version of the Engineer class to me and Bioware forgot that it was supposed to be a mix of the tech and soldier class. The Infiltrator class, to me at least, always felt lacking in terms of combat-based powers and relied more so on tech powers.
