A better implementation of One Hit Kill from the original ME2Randomizer, One Hit Kill does exactly what it says - on any damage, Shepard dies. Can you beat the game without taking any damage? Currently only for LE2.
LE1 Version: Might be possible LE3 Version: Likely very difficult due to lots of forced damage in cinematic moments (like the shuttle on Menae)
How to install You must use ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install this mod. It cannot be installed manually. Drag and drop the archive onto the interface and either import and apply, or press install.
How to uninstall If you made a game backup in Mod Manager: Click Manage Target > Restore the SFXGame.pcc in the 'Modified basegame files' tab
If you didn't: Repair the game in either EA App or Steam
