Changes the stats of the M-11 Surpresssor to the M6C/SOCOM from HALO:3 ODST

The M-11 is a fun Weapon the first or second time around but it gets boring real fast.
You can change the stats of any base game weapon with any text editor like tweakdb, but for some reason this doesn`t work with DLC Weapons.
To do that you have to follow an unglodly amount of convoluted steps to create a file like the base game weapons. I did it for you with this mod and you should be able to change the stats to your liking after downloading.
The numbers are taken from halopedia.
For immersion i recommed to install a pistol scope at the workbench.
Increased recoil
The weapon now has a noticeable but manageable kick. It gets slightly reduced if you upgrade the Weapon
Increased Magsize
Now has a 12 Round mag
Decreased Basedamage
To the same as Carnifex
Increased Headshot damagemultiplier
From x4 to x5
Decreased Firerate
Its still fast, just no longer as fast as you can pull the trigger
It´s compatible with N7 Warmaster (LE3) and Combined Ammo Mod (LE3) by RepugnantPear
I haven´t come across any incompatibility problems with over mods.
