FEATURES

  • All vanilla armors look like the N7 Onyx armor, on Shepard.

  • By default, the Light/Medium/Heavy model will still depend on the equipped armor. But an option during installation allows to give Shepard the Heavy model of the Onyx armor, even with light/medium armors (notably indicated with ME3 N7 Armour for LE1 or ME2 N7 Armour for LE1, by Audemus/Mellin/Mistyvail).

  • Similar options can be enabled/disabled for each squadmate individually, so that they can keep their most representative look no matter what armor they are wearing. It is also possible to turn off the effect of the mod for Shepard, and use it only for some squadmates. Two options are available for Liara (either Gladiator or Hoplite). Ashley and Wrex always get the heavy version of their armor's appearance, even when wearing light/medium armors.

  • This mod is purely visual and has no effect on gameplay balance.

To keep a little bit of diversity, some armors are excluded, and Shepard or squadmate will change appearance when equipping one of those:

  • The Turian Light Phantom armor (Nilhus look).
  • The Krogan Heavy Warlord armor, and the 3 Krogan heavy armors from Geth manufacturer (Rage, Berserker, Battlemaster).
  • The armors from the hidden manufacturers (Cerberus, Batarian State Arms, etc) that you can get e.g. via console commands or with my Black Market License mod.
  • Other armors that are available only via console commands probably won't be affected by this mod either.

INSTALLATION

Install as a DLC mod with ME3Tweaks Mod Manager (must be version 7.0.3 at least: older versions do not support DLC mods for LE1)

  • Drag and drop the compressed (.7z) mod file for Iconic Fashion Party into the Mod manager window, and import it.
  • Select the mod in the Mod Manager library list (for LE1) and click "Apply Mod".

Uninstall with ME3Tweaks Mod Manager.

  • Go in Manage Target (for LE1).
  • Find Iconic Fashion Party in the list of installed DLC mods, and disable or delete.

COMPATIBILITY

  • Afaik, there shouldn't be any compatibility issues with other mods.
  • In particular, Iconic Fashion Party does not add, nor modify, any meshes nor textures. It only redirects which ones are to be used in which circumstances. So there is no cause for interference with mesh/texture mods.

SPECIAL THANKS

To Mgamerz, SirCxyrtyx, d00t, HenBagle, Kinkojiro, and anyone who contributed to ME3Tweaks Mod Manager and ME3/LegendaryExplorer.

This mod was created following several requests/suggestions from various people, and an idea from Audemus.
