What It Does When Bioware ported ME1 to the PS3, they had to convert files over to their modified Unreal file structure. As such, some things got lost in the shuffle. Among them was the lights on the unobtainable armors. Most likely because it wasn't worth the time to fix something vanilla players wouldn't be able to access anyway. The PS3 version was then used as the base for LE1 and thus the lights are out here too.
This mod fixes this issue for one of the armors, specifically the female Hoplite armor that Liara can be seen wearing in the opening of ME2. The texture for this armor has been completely reworked from the ground up to make the lights work.
DISCLAIMER: This mod does NOT turn on the lights for any other armor. The texture for the Hoplite had to be rebuilt from the ground up, so I created this primarily for players who like to play with mods like Iconic Fashion Party or Morlan's Iconic Armor Store which give Liara the Hoplite armor. I also recommend applying the textures from LEDs ON LE1 which fixes the lights for most normal armors.
