About:
This mod package will add several hairstyle options for custom Female Shepards in Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition. There are 15 different hairstyles to choose from, and 9 'alternate' versions for the longer hairstyles which are aimed to be used with the bulkier armours, like the N7 armour.

Other versions:
Another Femshep Hairpack ME2LE
Another Femshep Hairpack ME3LE

Installation instructions:
Download the file, do not unpack the .7z-file, but drag-'n-drop it into the ME3Tweaks Mod Manager window. Select "Import Mods", and after it's finished, don't forget to click on "Apply Mod"!

Uninstallation instructions:
Within ME3 Tweaks Mod Manager, select the ME1LE Installation Target, and click on the "Manage Target"-button next to it, from the next menu you will be able to choose whether to disable or delete the mod entirely.

Don't forget to change the hairstyle in your savefile to a different one not in this package or else Shepard might end up bald.

Usage instructions:
Open Trilogy Save Editor, open a save file of which you want to alter the hairstyle with (Recommended is to select either a Manual save or an Autosave, Quicksaves can sometimes give unexpected issues!), and find and change the values shown below under the Headmorph-tab (click Spoiler to show; your values may vary):

Note that you'll have to restart ME1LE if you want new saves to show up in the Load-menu.

Changing the Hair Colour:

It is likely the colours don't entirely match those of vanilla LE1 or other hairpack's hairstyles, or you just want to change things up.
You can chose a different colour of your liking by the following method (screenshots are of LE2, but also apply to LE1):

In Trilogy Save Editor, go to Headmorph -> Vector Parameters -> HED_Hair_Colour_Vector, here you can change the hair colour when clicking on the coloured box on the right of the RGB and A values:

This would appear in-game like this:

Changing the colour of the shine (Highlight colour):
By default, when creating a custom Shepard in both Mass Effect 1 and 2 Legendary Edition, he/she won't have a dedicated "highlight colour" on the hair. In this hair pack, the highlight colour is therefore set at middle gray, which looks perfect on black hair, but might not look as great on red hair for example.

It's possible to change these highlight colours to any colour of your liking, and I will show you how to do it in ME1LE:

I am just going to assume you already have a LE1-save file opened in Trilogy Save Editor:
-Go to the Headmorph-tab.
-Expand the Vector Parameters.
-Click on the add-button.
-Add a new entry called "Highlight1Color", without the quotes, and yes, "color" without the "u".
-Click on the add-button again.
-Add another entry called "Highlight2Color", again without the quotes.
-Choose a colour for both, either lighter versions of the main hair colour, or something completely different for interesting results.
-Save!

Known Issues:

Clipping:
These hairstyles will clip through whatever attire Shepard is wearing, even after carefully adjusting and weighting the hairs, they won't fit everything flawlessly. There really isn't much to do about it as long as hair physics isn't properly supported in Mass Effect.

It is the very reason I've added alternate versions to the package so they will clip less with certain outfits, but it will still happen. And some hairstyles just won't look as good with some specific outfits, so it's a bit of trial and error on the user's side too.

Basically: the "_H"-hairstyles should go better with bulky armour types like the N7-armour,  and the "regular" ones with the various casual clothing options available.
