Faceoff against a Citadel clone that looks whatever way you want. Use custom head morphs, scars, or modded looks. Fight against Broshep as Femshep, or against Femshep as Broshep, or against Femshep as Femshep, or against Broshep as Broshep. Your choices, your battle.
The "normal" version of this mod changes the Citadel DLC encounter so you face the other version of your nemesis. This was accomplished by editing how the clone is created in the first place, and editing and splicing all the audio lines that mention them by gender, with the help of XVASynth2 for some of the words that needed replacing. The "Vanilla vs" version keeps the same clone as the vanilla game, but because of the changes in how the clones are created, you can control how they look.
HOW TO COMBINE THE MODS AND THE TOOL
There are two versions of the mod: 1. The "normal" version: Allows you to fight Broshep while playing as Femshep, or vice-versa. 2. The "Vanilla vs" version: Allows you to fight Femshep while playing as Femshep, or vice-versa, but with the same level of customization as the other version.
To apply a custom head morph, you need to use the Femshep v Broshep Custom Clone Configurator tool, available to download from the files section, or from the Github page.
Download the Femshep v Broshep Duel of Your Shepards LE .7z or the Femshep v Broshep Duel of Your Shepards LE Vanilla vs .7z file.
Drag and drop it into Mod Manager.
Choose Import Mods.
Select the mod and click Apply Mod. Make sure you install this mod after all other content mods (minus texture mods) for the automatic patches to be applied properly.
Enjoy the game!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
After installing texture mods you cannot install more content mods, and to uninstall them you need to restore your game to vanilla.
The current version requires the LE3 Community Patch version 1.7.3 or higher to be installed beforehand.

v1.0.0
I started my modding journey one year ago, and I wouldn't have been able to get this far, nor make this mod at all without the help of the Mass Effect modding community. Here are some special thanks in no particular order:
Mark Meer: For coming up with the idea in the first place on 2020's N7 Day. Ever since it was mentioned I wanted to give it a try, and now here we are. Thraxx: For sharing what he had accomplished when attempting to do this mod. In the end, the process this mod followed was different, but knowing that it was possible to achieve helped me take the first step. D0lphin: For the invaluable help and tips for the voice synthesizer and the guide on FXA editing, it really made the edited audio lines shine. Mentlegen: For explaining how afcs and audio replacement work. phoenixsoul13: For all the hours spent testing the mod. phoenixsoul13 and Padme4000: For recording all the awesome-looking footage. NoiraFayn: For the masterclass on how morph faces work, patience with all my questions, and help with the code for the custom Shepard utility. Mgamerz and DropTheSquid: For the invaluable help with the code for the custom Shepard utility. beccatoria: For the excellent guide that helped get the subtitles right. The developers of the XVASynth2: Without it, I wouldn't have been able to make the audio work. Audemus, Sil, Jenya, beccatoria, Lunk, DropTheSquiD, Mgamerz, SirCxyrtyx, HenBagle, BladeZero, and the rest of the Modding Workshop: For all the support and encouragement, help with the mod name, and a thousand other things, you guys rock! To all the developers of LegendaryExplorer and ME3Tweaks Mod Manager: Without these tools, I would have never been able to do something like this.
