This mod moves the talisman up so you can see Kagero's "hottie" face. That's all it does. The animation on the Talisman is a bit wonky due to it expecting a longer mesh, BUT that's not why you are here. Another thing is that his mouth doesn't move when he talks. Probably because you aren't supposed to see his face anyways so they didn't animate it.
I basically moved the vertices up towards the hair.
