If you don't want the sounds of some of these horns changed, then open the downloaded archive and follow the folders (natives\STM\Sound\Wwise).
You'll find some files with this naming convention:  "pl_wp_hrn_song_[ID]_media.bnk.2.x64".
Just delete the files with the IDs you don't want included in the mod.



Adjusted Volume Pack
This mod raises the volume of almost all
hunting horns by 0.5 - 4db and brings them (hopefully) to the same level.
(I used the Fine Kamura Flute and the Royal Order Horn as reference points)
Available for Fluffy's mod manager and as a pak file.

"Pick Your Poison" Pack
a collection of all pre-world, mainline Hunting Horn sounds that overwrite the sounds of the Rampage Agitato.
A bit useless right now since you cannot layer Master Rank weapons and their volume is all over the place anyway.
Will rework this soon.

Unfortunately it is still not possible to assign a separate sound to each individual attack to make the hunting horn a bit more like it used to be.
The new hunting horn only has 2 sound effects for its melodies (there are some exceptions, like the Kulu Grosso)
I tried to transfer the feeling of the old melodies to the new hunting horn, which was a lot of trial and error but I'm quite happy with the result even if it is not perfect.

Installation Guide
##############

If you worked with the Fluffy's Mod Manager 5000 before, just put the downloaded archives / folders into the MHRise Mod Folder and switch the Mod on in the tool and you´re good to go.

If this is your first Mod:
1) Download Fluffy Manager 5000 and extract the content into a folder anywhere, it does not have to be inside the Mhrise game data files!
2) Run the Modmanager application and choose Monster Hunter Rise from the list. Inside of the Modmanager folder should be a new folder called "Games" with a "MHRISE" subfolder. Put your mods into this folder.
3) Go back into the Modmanager application and click on "refresh mod list", the mods should show up now and you can activate them by clicking on the switch next to them. If you want to switch to another mod you need to close the game first.

The PAK Version makes mod installation a bit easier but it is less flexible. Just move the .Pak file into the game's archive.
(Go into Steam -> Rightclick on Monster Hunter Rise -> Browse Local files. Move the .pak into this folder)
If you use multiple .pak mods at the same time you have to manually rename them:
re_chunk_000.pak.patch_000.pak
re_chunk_000.pak.patch_001.pak
re_chunk_000.pak.patch_002.pak
