Decreases the amount of heat generated by crouching fire across all shot types. I tried to make it decently balanced relative to just shooting normally but didn't do any theory crafting on exact dps or anything. I'm too lazy to list all of the new values but I'll post a few to give you a general idea of what I was going for. Numbers shown are the amount of consecutive shots needed to overheat.
