Major overhaul, now the mod will change bullet parameters instead of bowgun and skill parameters. All bowgun will show deviation value (R/L mild/severe) but the deviation effect will not come into effect. Should be compatible with future update as long as Capcom didn't make any adjustment to the bullet parameters

As the title suggested. Temper food buff still adding deviation to the bowgun. Now dango temper will not add deviation to the bowgun, will have compatibility issue with skill altering mod that change bullet parameters (file replacement one like .pak and fluffy, not reframework one).
From version 1.0 all bowgun will show deviation value (R/L mild/severe) but the deviation itself will not come into effect. Should be works for future updates as long as Capcom didn't make any adjustment to bullet parameters.
