each point (ie 1.00) would give you 1 out of the 100 need to level a skill. so what I did was change the value of the skills to give you more points to level the skills a little bit faster. this mod should work with anything so long as it doesnt change the values like I have.
(example skill name - New value vs old value)
(I mostly left enchanting alone but i did add it so when you hit something with a magic weapon you get a little skill)

Short Blade - 1.20 vs 0.75
Sneak - avoid notice - 0.75 vs 0.25 / pick pocket - 2.40 vs 2.00
