This simply removes the option to create a custom class during character generation.
You may only choose an existing class, or answer some questions to have a class picked for you.
I highly recommend R-Zero's Personal Effects to compliment your new premade class, or alternatively Merlord's Starting Equipment.
Finally, Class-Conscious Character Progression might be a nice companion mod to further increase the impactfulness of your starting class choice.
